Then, we keep it shining.
A bulb goes out? Wind loosens a strand? Call us. We’ll be out within 72 hours to fix the issue. You can leave the ladder right where it is.
03 · TAKEDOWN & STORAGE
In January, we pack it away.
We take the lights down in early January, put your home back as it was, and store the hardware. No tangled strands waiting in your garage.
Coming back next Christmas? Book again and receive a discount for your second season. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the NTX Christmas family.

Do I own the lights?
Our service is a seasonal lease. NTX Christmas owns the lighting system and handles installation, care throughout the season, removal, and storage. You get a display fitted to your property without buying or maintaining the hardware.
What happens if a light goes out?
Give us a call. Whether a bulb goes out or wind loosens part of your display, we’ll be out within 72 hours to fix the issue. Leave the ladder in the garage.
How do you work out the price?
Start with a free estimate. We price your display around the design, the amount of lighting, and access to your property. Share a photo and your ideas, then review your proposal before you book.
How does the second season discount work?
If you choose to book again, you receive a discount for your second season as our thank you for returning. This discount applies to your second season only.
Can you light my business, too?
Yes. We install residential and commercial Christmas lighting across North Texas. Choose Business when you request your estimate and tell us about the property.
